The vehicle was nice and new. Had a few little scratches and dings on it. Drove beautifully. The drivers mirror was malfunctioning however and would fold completely all the way forwards every time I started the car. I called them and they said if I wasn’t worried they weren’t and it wouldn’t cost me anything, so it was all cool. I would definitely use them again. It was half the price of Europcar
