Car pick up was smooth. This office is in the centre of the city. No paperwork needed. Its just SIXt should improve the quality of baby seats

Fast and efficient. Remember to bring along the driving license of your home country and the international license. Also the card you used to pay online upon booking. Took us 10 mins to finish the paper work and got the car key. Bonus was a free update to an almost brand new BMW X2 with 50th Anniversary badges for four wheels, bonnet and lid. Impressive !

Great service, brand new car. Parking lot in Vienna downtown is very dim though, very hard to inspect without moving the car out. In-house insurance was a bit expensive, and they claim a new damaged was made on the driver side. I was not charged for anything as I bought $0 LDW, nonetheless I hope photos of the alleged damage can be included in the Return Checksheet.

What a luck to find a car rental so close to the city center with transporters 🚐, offering rental slots from 4 hours. The office is on the ground floor behind the stairs of the Hilton hotel lobby, and the cars/transporters are parked on floor -1. A filling station is 2min away to refill the car. Optimal and friendly staff.
