I was initially a bit concerned due to the several negative reviews for almost every rental service in Croatia- we settled for Sixt due to a prior good experience in Germany. We rented the car from Zagreb and returned it in Dubrovnik. The provision for returning the car at Dubrovnik is very convenient during non-working hours. We needed urgent assistance while returning and Mario from the team was very supportive. Earlier, we were upgraded to a higher category in Zagreb for free because the originally assigned car did not have Android Auto. The car condition was excellent and the staff at Zagreb and Dubrovnik very helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience with Sixt in Croatia.
