After a long wait it finally tout turn, and it only took 12 minutes to get a car. Not the car we requested, you never get that one, but similar. A good walk around to check for damages and we were ready to go. Returning the car was easy, just park and drop the keys . Our deposit was returned within a week, minus 17 Euros for a not full fuel tank.

Service was prompt with little wait. The car was very nice. We were offered an upgrade for little extra, but we struck with what was ordered. The car drove well without any major issues. Great service. We arrived a day late on Friday 3rd March 2023 due to a cancelled flight. I had reserved and pre-paid for a car. Upon arrival the staff were brilliant. They put a refund through for my pre-paid car, and sorted out another car at the orginal price. All very quickly with no hassle. Returned the car to a different location again with no hassle. Thank you.

Extremely kind and smiley service by Nicole. She was super helpful and hospitable and made the whole process smooth with a wide smile. We were lucky to be upgraded free of charge. The car was new in excellent condition, which made driving very enjoyable. Getting and returning the car were done in no time. We'll be glad to use Sixt services in Cyprus in the future too.
