Once arrived at the train station on the platform, please follow the exit "Hall 3 Belcier". Take the ramp up to the ground floor. The SIXT branch is facing the lift in the middle of the hall.

By car: Terres de Borde Street until you find the Hall 3. Enter the Hall and the SIXT branch is facing the lift in the middle of the hall.

The car park is located in the Indigo car park P4 rue d'Armagnac/pont du Guit. Take the entrance P4, and go up to 4th floor, you will find a barrier, insert your entrance ticket and the barrier will go up. Sixt parking spots are at 6th floor. Please park your SIXT vehicle imperatively on SIXT reserved spots (written on the floor). Please give the key back to the branch in the train station (Hall 3). If the car park is full, please ring the bell and explain that you drop off a rental car. Warning: For Vans over 1m90 high please park your car on the Terres de Borde Street, in front of the Hall 3.

Out of hour pickup possible.

Pick-up out of opening hours is possible for an additional charge. This service is bookable on request. Please provide your address and credit card details, driving licence, e-mail address and mobile number. We will deposit the keys and rental agreement at the lobby of Hotel Regina (33 rue Charles Domercq, 33800 Bordeaux), facing the main entrance of the train station. Your Sixt vehicle will be parked on the Indigo car park by going back again in the tunnel and take the lift up to the 6th floor.

Out of hour return possible.

Please park your Sixt vehicle at the Indigo Car park P4 rue d'Armagnac/pont du Guit at the 6th floor on one of our Sixt return spots. Leave your entrance ticket inside the car so that we know your drop off time. Return the keys at our SIXT branch and drop it into our keybox. Our keybox is located on the esplanade close to Terres de Borde Street. It is located under the big metallic stairs. In the case that parking lot would be full ("complet"), please ring the bell at the barrier and tell the agent that you drop a rental car off. The Indigo agent should open the barrier and let you park the car on our Sixt places
