I just had the absolute best car rental experience with SIXT! From the moment I arrived at the Bordeaux office, I was greeted by two incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional female representatives. They went above and beyond to make my rental experience seamless and enjoyable.
Not only did they ensure I received the specific BMW I had booked, but they even arranged to have it transported from the airport to the Bordeaux branch. Additionally, they took the time to help me navigate the narrow parking garage and install the child seats.
The thorough car inspection and complimentary cup of coffee were the perfect finishing touches to an already exceptional experience. The only minor disappointment was the empty E-Battery of the plug-in hybrid, which limited the opportunity to utilize the electric mode within Bordeaux. However, this minor setback was far outweighed by the overall positive experience.
SIXT truly exceeded my expectations and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service. I highly recommend SIXT to anyone seeking a hassle-free and enjoyable car rental experience
