This is a friendly efficient company who gave us very good service. The only issue is the address is given as the Bahnhof in BBaden, which made it convenient , or so I thought, to pick up and drop off the car as we were arriving and leaving by train. Lichtentaler Strasse , where the company is located, is at least 20 minutes by taxi or bus.

The best service we have ever had in car rentals, we did the check-in with Nataly and she was very helpful and answered all our questions and explained all the options we have then the other agent Piter saw that we are not sure what to choose and he also helped us and give more advices not only regarding the rental also regarding our planned trip. Nataly and Piter was super friendly and professional ! The car model we ordered wasn't available and they gave us much better model. The car was like a new, very clear. also we got the explenation regarding the check-out. Thr proccess was super easy and enjoyable Next time we will rent a car will be 100% from this branch.
