I had a great experience with this location. Töni was very helpful. He answered so many of my questions on the day of pickup. Very nice person! Other staff were also nice and helpful on the day of drop off. Car right out front day of pick up and drop off quick and convenient too. Very safe location!

Arrived early to pick up our Tesla Model Y rental for the week. The team at this Sixt sent us to the other Sixt location at the hotel to pick it up. The hotel folks sent us to the garage but the the garage people sent us back to the hotel. Seems they were confused. But this meant my family and I had to lug out suit cases all over the place. This was the only bad part of our experience with this Sixt location. The Tesla Model Y was great, but smelled horrible. Seems previous renter smoked cigarettes in it or something. And the Sixt clean up team tried to clean it but still smelled. We had to leave the windows down in the cold for a long time to air it out while we drove. This is the second Tesla I have rented from a Sixt in Germany that smelled like cigarettes. Not a nice smell at all. The car was great. Super charging was easy to do. I was not billed for charging. I returned it at a higher state of charge so they didn’t even bill me to charge it back up. There is no premium connectivity so we used out Bluetooth connection to listen to music. Basic Autopilot worked great. They also included all the charging equipment, so was able to charge at the place we were staying using normal EU 2 prong plug. I also used public slow charging at another location. I don’t recommend doing this as that will cost more than any single super charging session. Just stick with super charging and home slow charging. Only real issue I had on return is they tried to say that I scuffed the bumper. But I had pictures from pickup to prove that it was scuffed when I picked it up. Please take lots and lots of pictures during pickup and drop off to cover yourself.

We rented a car for 4 days from Frankfurt to Cologne for the Dental show. The entire process from getting to know options, insurance, payment, picking car etc was so easy peasy. Had a great experience with Sixt and much much recommended for car rentals. You need to get an International driving license to drive in Europe. Its a left hand drive so only go for rental if you are comfortable with the roads. The drop off system is also very easy and can be done at any terminal near train station or airport. We went for a full insurance which costs a but hire but it covers everything! Except for life insurance. The only other thing they could have possibly done is helped us out with a map with must visit places or atleast the parking zones. Because parking in EUROPE is a hassle!!!!

Very hidden place. No signage in the train train station for rental cars. Parking garage is a labyrinth and no help from Sixt personnel to find the rental car. My experiences with Sixt have been much better in other places and countries.

Good competitive prices and decent service, there is a good selection of cars to suit most budgets. Ordering on the app or website is easy and I have had no problems when picking up or dropping the car off. The only annoying part it the location of the pickup/drop off point. The location is super if you are arriving from the main station, but one way systems, and traffic In the city can make it difficult to drop of the car if you are unfamiliar with the area.

The staff is kind and caring as always with Sixt. It's just a bit hard to find the entrance to the park house. Always happy to recommend Sixt!

Great service and reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and fast, everything you want and need in a car rental company. The car was clean and in good condition. We extended out rental by phone and the process was very simple. We will definitely use Sixt again!
