Very convenient and friendly car rental service. After a bad experience with "rent car enterprise," I decided to try Sixt and was surprised by the difference in approach. Firstly, registration on the site is very convenient. You can book all the nuances, including car seats, choose insurance packages, etc. The manager just gave me the keys, and when I returned the car, he asked if I filled the car, and that's it. After I returned the car, I remembered that I had forgotten the keys to the lock on the bike and the manager gave me the car so that I could pick it up and return it, although the time had already passed. Thanks for the service, now only in Sixt.

Got an upgrade from gasoline car to Tesla for free. That was an excellent driving experience.Then had a small scratch hit and run. With a police report and witness and all that paperwork process was simple and painless. Will definitely rent again

Reading all these reviews, I have to say that I was scared that I would have the same problems with the deposit or the extra charges. I have already bought the zero excess insurance, so they didn't try to sell me anything more. They also gave me an automatic car beside the fact that the one that I booked was manual (which is a plus for me) and the car was new (12.000 km). After 1 week from returning the car they charged the agreed amount and they gave back the deposit. All in all, it was a very good experience.

The staff’s was quite friendly and helpful this is why I gave this 2 star, but the fact is when I returned the car after reservation is over at the first they’ve counted my days more than I booked , then I went there for the fix this problem , they’ve told me that they will fix it next Monday , then I kept waiting till next Thursday they return my deposit but guess what … they’ve made another mistake about Pricing per day , and then I was needed to go the place again because nobody is calling you neither send mail for their mistake . This is unprofessional and such weak customer care after rent . Not gonna recommend here at all .

I rented here a car for 8 days. The Staff were really friendly. I even got a small upgrade. I reserved a CDMR and got CWAR. So automatic transmission and a bigger car. Everything was done super fast. We checked the car and that was it. I returned the car after opening hours. Just dropped the key in the safebox. 2 days later got the invoice. Everything was good. If i travel to Freiburg again, will definitely rent here again. All the best, Marko.

The staff were polite, professional and really helpful. The administration was smooth. They even spent some time and tought me how to drive an automatic, which I highly appreciate. Returning the rental car was also quick and seamless.

good service and nice personal. Quick in time to get the rent transition done. two remarks: 1. the tarpaulin was defect what was unexpected. It started to rain during night and all was wet inside. Please give a hint or ask if something waterproof is transported in upfront the rent to ensure 2. explaining the truck specific functions. I was searching 20 min how the cargo area lighting can be switched finding out it is automatic
