Leave the A42 at the exit Gelsenkirchen Zentrum. Turn right into Grothusstrasse. After 1.5 km Grothusstrasse becomes Overwegstrasse. Stay on Overwegstrasse and go straight. After 750 meters, turn right (only possible on the right or left) into Wittekindstrasse. The Wittekindstrasse becomes Hiberniastrasse. After 250 meters you will find the SIXT branch on the left side.
