Usually renting with other brands at Hamburg airport, this time, due to lack of availability I rent with Sixt. I have always been fascinated by the fancy premises and the attractive stand so was happy to try. I have to admit that the experience was great and service great. The car was upgraded without request, the service was fast and professional. The car was clean and almost new (WV Golf) and all went smooth. Will give it a try again for sure.

Overall my car hire experience was first class, as I have come to expect from Sixt. The only bad part of the overall experience was returning the car to the return section, at Hamburg airport. The operatives were rude, did not have any customer relationships skills and, in my opinion, were only just one step up the food chain from an amoeba.
