prices were very affordable for the area and I was upgraded to a better car than i reserved. However, I showed up 20 min early to pick up the car and they wouldn't help me because it wasn't time yet. There were no other customers there. I had to leave and come back when it was exactly the right time. Maybe that's why I was upgraded? SIXT is easy to communicate with and, as soon as i picked up my car, they sent me an email about how to change anything or ask for help while I had the car. I really appreciated that because I don't speak any German and the person at the counter had limited English

VERY GOOD SERVICE! I especially want to give kudos to Mr. Lehnhardt who was so helpful to me through the few months I had a rental. If you ever find yourself needing a good deal with a smile and friendly attitude, I HIGHLY recommend this location. 100/10 💯
