That was my first experience with rent, and everything was fine! Personal was friendly, I got my car asap: clean and fully loaded. I had problem with too tight parkplatz, but guys helped me with no questions. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They give me fantastic cars all the time. Now, this is also about sixt in general and their delegated services when a problem arises: I'm very happy and will come back without hesitations. I had great customer service as I was abroad and with a flat tire. Everyone on the phone was pretty quick to answer, and very prompt to answer any questions to their best knowledge. I fortunately took the full insurance (0€/damage) which prevented me from hundreds of euros of bills. Now, I had to pay for the reparation in advance so that I could take the car quickly enough to come back to Germany. To anyone reading this: you never know what will happen, it is worth taking the insurance! I give 4 stars, not 5, for having to advance the money and the delay for getting the money back (I had to send a reminder email) but retrospectively speaking it just took a month, it's really not bad at all... think of it as a 4.5 stars.

Car and service was as expected. The only thing that I suggest to improve: to add pen and english version of instruction(I don't understand german) near the key box.

Service as expected from Sixt. Only downside is upon return of the Van, one has to find a parking spot. Not the most comfortable way of returning the vehicle.
