Stuttgart Main Station Car Hire

Due to the construction work at Stuttgart Main Station please arrange 20 additional minutes for the way from the platform/car park to our branch. For the return: you will need 10 additional minutes for the way from the car park to our branch to return the vehicle key.

The Sixt branch is located in the passage between the main entrance and the central entrance, both entrances lead to the suburban train, level DB travel center. Coming from the main entrance, the passage is on the left before the "Backwerk". Coming from the middle entrance, the passage is on the right after the "Backwerk". Coming from the taxi ranks, pass the yellow DHL mailboxes and turn left into the passage with the lockers. From the tracks go up in the direction of the main hall of the main station. Once there, go down the stairs with the heading "Mittelausgang" and then turn left into the passageway with the lockers. Down the stairs with the heading "Hauptausgang City". Right next to the "Backwerk" you will see the passage to Sixt.

Take motorway A8 direction Karlsruhe until Stuttgarter Kreuz. Exit at Stuttgarter Kreuz and go onto A831 direction Stuttgart Zentrum (center). Then take the B14 direction Heslacher Tunnel. Follow the B14 until the exit Hauptbahnhof (central station). Turn left at the first traffic light intersection. You will see the central station on your right side. The Sixt branch is located inside the central station opposite to the luggage locker (level of Deutsche Bahn center).

The Sixt parking lots are located on the second floor in the underground parking of the LBBW building, Heilbronner Straße on the right handside (Am Hauptbahnhof 2).

Please follow the signs towards "Zentrum" or "Hauptbahnhof". Just behind the Stuttgart train station is the LBBW parking garage where our parking is located. Please drive to the second level following the signs that will guide you to our parking lot. Return using GPS: Our parking garage can be found under the following address: Am Hauptbahnhof 2, 70173 Stuttgart. Key return: 1. key box: Between rail track 3 and 4, in front of the entrance to the parking garage 2. key box: In front of the Sixt branch or at the counter of the Sixt branch, inside the train station building opposite the lockers, ground level of Deutsche Bahn center. Attention! Please deposit the entry ticket in the Sixt vehicle. In the event of a lost ticket, we will charge a fee.
