this sixt location was wonderful and welcoming - incredible service, they got us on our way after a long flight very fast. they even had some english speakers which was nice as i wasn't expecting anyone to understand my rudimentary french. drop-off was fast as well!

We were overall satisfied with this rental company. There was enough personnel at the counter to accomodate the customers without a queue, everyone was friendly and professional and explained everything. English was no problem at all. The car was in very good condition and made us feel safe on the steep roads of Reunion. The common practice on the island is that the rental company blocks a certain amount on your credit card, be prepared for that. And also, you need to return the car clean so that it can be used by the next customer. That is no problem at all as there are many gas stations with car wash/vacuum cleaner for a few euros.
