I've rented from Sixt a few times now, and they are on par with other car rental agencies. One thing that is nice is that they will take a debit card to do a hold - however, often the hold can be pretty high, be prepared to lose access to those funds temporarily. They did make sure that I knew how much the hold was in USD, which made it easier....I didn't have to calculate that myself. Also, unless you are arriving/departing at the airport, they do not pick you up or drop you off.
