Amazing experience from beginning to end. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the gentleman who was in charge of my booking but I wanted to thank him for all his thoughtfulness and care. From the moment I picked up the vehicle to the moment I dropped it off he was calling me and giving me all the directions and steps needed to make my experience as seamless as possible. Needless to say Sixt will be my go to rental service from now on.

Just be aware where the park is for after office hours - it is away from the pick-up desk and the signs are not clear enough

The car was quite new, all payed upfront. It is only walking distance to the Rotterdam Airport.

The return experience was not as pleasant as the pick up of the vehicle. There was no one in the parking lot and counter to receive the vehicle.

Slightly difficult to locate the desk and return parking when out of hours as there isn't continuous signs around the airport just a paper drawn map on the office door. The return car park is quite a few turns away. Walid went the extra mile and guided me to where I needed to go, helped me transfer my luggage & communicate with taxi driver. If it wasnt for him I would of most likely been late. Thank you guys! Highly reccomended.
