Staff were very helpful and explained everything very well in English. My travel plans changed a bit so I had to pick up the car later than expected, but when I called, they were willing to accommodate me without complaint. The car was clean, nice, and better than I expected by far. It was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. Thanks for making a complicated day more simple and enjoyable.

Except one strange incident during picking up the car (which should be on sunday afternoon, instead was on monday morning, but luckily it didn't postpone or ruin our plans), everything went smooth. We received better car in the same price, because the one we picked and reserved long time before the day of pickup was not avaliable at this time. The car was very nice - it was hybrid Toyota Prius, well cared inside and outside, very economic car and with automatic gear. We had it for 4 days, returned it in pristine condition (same as picked). 2 (working) days later we received our deposit back in almost full amount (minus payments for some roads, ca 50e). Overall everything was fine.
