Bardufoss Airport (BDU) is in the north of Norway (it is occasionally referred to as Snowman Airport). It has a runway which measures approximately 1,2 miles. Easy pick up from Sixt. Enjoyed the Vitara we had for 8 days. Reasonably priced. Left the key in the key drop at the office as it wasn't opened when we left - straight forward process. They held 3000 nok on my credit card when we hired the car but the funds were released on the day we returned the car. Would recommend :)

Had a great experience renting a car with Sixt and had by far the best prices out of the three that were there. It's a shame they are kind of out of the way at the airport and you have to follow hand written signs to find them, but it is all made up in the customer service and great vehicles. Thank you.

Pleasant lady at SIXT dealt with our car hire. The car we had ordered was exactly as requested, great start. The car was clean and well maintained. Returning the car was easy, parked at the designated SIXT parking area at Bardufoss Airport, dropped the keys back via a secure drop tube. No surprise charges. Recommended.
