Pick up in the city centre was efficient and helpful. On returning the car to the airport we were surprised that the office staff did not want to check the car before we signed the paperwork and left. This is standard practice so that both parties agree no damage has been done - either during the trip or in the car park. After we insisted, the girl there reluctantly checked it but was obviously annoyed.

We are an American family who spent two weeks in Ljubljana over the holidays. We rented an electric car from Sixt’s downtown location, and worked primarily with Jure Becan. We had never driven an electric car, never driven abroad. We needed clarification on everything from charging, parking, directions, billing—and Jure Becan helped us every step of the way, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
