I'd say SIXT do not try to catch you on some mistake (and to earn on it) as some of competitors. They provide sustainably good level of service to make the client happy and returning. I respect and appreciate it a lot. Thank you for your service!

The agent ho gave us the car walked us to the car to check that there was enough space for our luggage and when he saw that there was limited space he did everything to solve the issue. I was positively surprised by the customer service.

After a long international flight, you are tired, and you want everything to go smoothly. Muhamed gilded my experience with Sixt. A fantastic smile on his face and friendly treatment made my day.

Helpful and efficient team at airport desk. Car a quick walk away in multi storey carpark. It costs more to rent on the Swiss side compared to renting on the French side but it does mean that you can get to the airport without having to drive through the centre of Geneva or run the risk of driving on the Swiss motorway without a vignette ( eventually your luck will run out...). No idea why the Swiss authorities think that it is better to force car rentals on French side of the airport to drive through the centre of Geneva especially as most of those renting are driving in and out of France and unlikely to drive on the wider Swiss motorway network rather than the few kilometres on the motorway section to the airport. Surely creates more pollution and traffic
