I cannot say enough about the great service we received from Sixt Belfast City Airport car rental. Roy was professional and very helpful. He upgraded our car and changed our drop off location to save us a cab fair back to the port. Thank goodness we bought the insurance because within 2 hours we had a flat and the time we called in the issue to the time a repair man was here to fix it was surprisingly quick considering we are in the country side. Thank goodness I purchased the insurance- which I usually don’t . Highly recommend renting a car from Sixt not only for a great rate but also for exceptional service!

Billy at the kiosk counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a quick process and everything went just as was promised. Drop-off was very easy. The car was clean, and the sat nav made the driving easier.
