The office is about 11 mins walk from Inverness airport. A transfer bus will come and collect you, which we were not aware of, until we seen it by chance. Staff were helpful, happy, and offered fantastic customer service. It was lovely to first meet Elleanor who had great energy and welcomed us to Scotland. We were worried as we do not own a credit card and all informstion online, informed us of needing this to hire a car. We didn't need it and used the debit card for the deposit instead. Would definitely recommend this company.

What a fantastic service and amazing car, having dealt with Laura over the phone it really goes to show just how professional the Inverness lot are, such an efficient and seamless process with everything explained clearly and honestly. The car itself was a dream (Volvo XC90), such high spec, clean and a joy to drive. Handing it back was so incredibly efficient, in and out within 10 minutes. Thank you to Laura and her Sixt team 😊
