This was my first rental ever and the experience I had with SIXT was spotless. They even upgraded the car class for free because there was not available any in the class I booked. The staff were great in any sense. I forgot their names but I picked up the car on 21st 11 am and dropped off on 24th 10 am so you will know who they are. And the lady who called me on 24th some before 2 pm was nice as should caring support be. After 5 days my deposit was returned. Warmly recommended.

This was my first time using Sixt car hire and I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service was amazing and they made sure everything was to my satisfaction. My drop off was at Heathrow Airport and the directions were perfect and easy, I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Rented a Jeep Compass from Heathrow Airport for 6 days and returned the car at St Pancras. It was a seamless experience, the front desk agent at Heathrow - Alex was very helpful and informative. He also suggested an upgrade for my family given the number of luggages we had. Returning the car was a little tougher than expected due to traffic as St Pancras, you can only enter the carpark at Pancras St by turning in from Euston St. I was late by 30 mins for dropoff but managed to change drop off time via the app very easily with no extra charge. Overall a great experience renting from Sixt, will patronise again.
