I flew in last week and had a rental with Economy Rental car and they sold my car that I had a reservation for and prepaid for it. I even notified them twice that my flight was delayed and they noted it and still sold my car. So I was stranded at the airport and went up to Sixt to see if they can help me and this was at 2:30 am and I gentleman name Patrick helped me and was able to get me a car. I can’t thank Patrick enough for what he did and help me out. This is a Fort Lauderdale airport. Thanks again Patrick
