During our visit to the Sixt car rental in West Hollywood, we dealt with very friendly staff. Despite an initial hiccup with our reservation not matching available vehicle options, which ranged from a gas-guzzling SUV to a too-small Mini Cooper, and finally settling on a Mustang not ideally suited for our long LA to SF drive, the experience took a positive turn. The Mustang had a lingering cigarette smell, which was a setback after the branch had closed. However, the responsive action from the branch manager the following morning, including a call and follow up texts, significantly rectified the situation. His efforts to turn around our experience were exemplary, demonstrating true customer value and earning a well-deserved 5-star rating for him and his team.
