i had a premium sedan for this memorial day weekend. i was worried that they would have the car. well guess what. they don’t have the car so the upgraded me to an X5! i’ve rented a couple of times from their south beach location and the staff, cars and even the price have been great.

To be honest with the customer service wasn't any problem. Hector was really kind, helpful and flexible as much as he can. But I suggest to the company to revise the booking system, then you can save more time. There was an issue with the car seat selection.

Hector and the staff were great. Friendly even when we brought the car 7minutes after 5.p.m he took the keys and in the next morning wie had the confirmation on the app/mail.
