My apologies as it has been since December 2023. I had the pleasure of being served by Jonelle. When I said she went above and beyond to get my needs taken care of and in a timely manner. I expressed to her that unfortunately I was visiting Seattle to remove my father off of life support. She apologized and was very empathetic with my situation. I was in a rush to get to the hospital to see my dad. She not only had everything ready so fast but she also upgraded my rental due to them having so many available. To her supervisor, Jonelle very much deserves recognized for her great customer service and hospitality. :)
