The opposite side of the city has another massive park, the Bois de Vincennes, full of footpaths, boating lakes and a Buddhist Temple. Sometimes it is nice just to walk around Paris, with no particular landmark or monument in sight, and renting a car will let you find areas in which to stroll that are off the beaten track, such as the peaceful 17th arrondissement, a district of leafy streets filled with classic townhouses and peaceful squares. Park your hire car in the 18th arrondissement, and climb the steep hill to the famous white basilica of Sacre Coeur, or drive to the fascinating Pere Lachaise cemetery, a sprawling hillside filled with densely packed tombs and graves, and look for the burial places of the famous, including Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde and Edith Piaf.

One-way car rental in Paris
It is allowed to rent a car one way between SIXT locations in Paris for no extra fee. One-way rentals are also allowed between stations in France for an additional fee.
Car rental under 25 in Paris
You must be at least 18 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years to rent a car from SIXT in France. Some car categories may have a higher rental age, and an underage driver fee applies to those under 25.

The car itself was good, but I got it with less than half of the fuel tank and returned it with more fuel than I rented it. At the return point I was told that I would get refund for this, but instead was charged for refueling.
I will improve my rating if this issue is resolved promptly. I contacted customer service.
Update: customer support admitting mistake, processing refund.
