I had an appointment but nobody was present at the agreed time. However, once the rental process was started everything went smoothly. The people I dealt with were pleasant and helpful. Return was easy. Finding the entry to the rental place address was very difficult. Google maps was unaware that the entrance is not from the street address but from a one way street around the corner.
