Highly recommend Sixt in Brasov for car rental.These guys were great. We did a 9 day road trip all around Romania in winter (a very mild one) and we extended twice and they made it all super easy. Raul in the office is great and speaks perfect English. The car was awesome.

While we checked in our reservation at Cluj airport for vehicle, we had some issues recieving two baby seats we asked for. Eventually we were given two old and slightly broken baby seats, which were completely inappropriate and unsafe. We contacted Raul from Sixt Brashov branch and asked for immediate replacement. He was very kind and understanding. He kept two seats for us. The next morning we had a wonderful service experiance from two responsible Sixt workers in Brashov: *Raul and Ovidiu.* They were super kind and helpful. They truely understood the importance of prompt service and help for clients in need. Special thanks to those two gentlemen who did a great job!
