The renting in this office was pretty smooth. My friends and I didn't have a reservation but the guy at the front desk was super nice and found an immediate solution. We just had to wait 10 min for the car! He clearly explained the contract and what we should have done before giving back the car. The car was amazing, big, clean and well maintained, we didn't have any issue with it. Also when we returned the car, all the process was easy and super fast. Thanks to the Sixt team in Atocha, you rock!
