I really liked the service at this Sixt branch. Rented a diesel van for 4 days. The van was new and the interior smelled nice. It was clean and the luggage compartment was large and clean. I was half an hour late with my return due to traffic jams, but the staff turned out to be friendly and they forgave me for that half hour. Highly recommend.

The renting was smooth and staff was nice. Only thing was that I was charged money for refueling, even though I returned the car fully fueled. After a quick call, I got a refund. Recommend

When our train from Valencia to Madrid was cancelled we needed to rent a car to catch our flight the next morning, Sixt was very busy because of the cancellation, however they were able to get us a vehicle that met our needs to allow us to get to Madrid in time for our flight. The vehicle was very nice and so was all of the people who assisted us, especially Alex.
