Super friendly staff that cleared every question I had. Rental was easy in pick-up, return, and booking online. Shaun, who was responsible for returns, was very helpful and kind - overall an excellent experience. General advice: you don't wanna save on insurance. Even though nothing happened like in our case, you'll regret not having insurance if something should happen - the Bay area is big and crowded.

Amazing service at the counter, everything got explained to us very clearly and they even helped us save some money. Delivery was also very easy. We had a problem with a dent that we didnt cause, but this was fast and easily resolved with a simple picture we took at the pickup. This was my first time renting a car. I was a bit scared at first but this was certainly a great experience. I would recommend.
