I’m somewhat hesitant to write a review because Sixt at the Fairmont is my hidden gem! You can get a BMW here for around the same price as a Toyota from the other rental counters at the bottom of the hill. Plus expect VIP service from the staff! Bryan knew his product exceptionally well and matched the right car to my needs! And he is very nice! Kian was also very friendly and fast! I was in a rush and he got the car that I wanted and my paperwork done in minutes! Thiago and Ihab helped me with a late return proving that my business was worth more than a late fee. Very forward thinking and a great business practice that more companies should implement. The manager, Aaron, hired the right staff and runs a tight ship. Overall an easy five star review!
