The Nyhavn canal is also a great eating and drinking district, picture-book pretty with colouful 17th and 18th century houses. Copenhagen is a very green city, with the ambition that every resident is able to walk to a park or beach within 15 minutes, however some of the best parks and impressive buildings lie a little outside of the city and car hire is the easiest way to access these attractions.

We're satisfied with Sixt's services. The process was smooth, communication exemplary, and the car new, clean, and trouble-free. Our only complaint was nearly receiving a van with an empty AdBlue tank, which could've caused inconvenience, especially since we're only staying one night in Copenhagen. They filled it up after we called their attention. For your information, the return section is one block away, different from the building where we received the car.
