Please park the car in Q-parks underground car park at Vesterport level -1. Choose an available spot marked with SiXT return in the return area. In case all the reserved spots are unavailable use the driveway on the right and take a ticket to enter, please leave the ticket inside the car. Deposit the key in the blue keydrop box placed in the return area at the bottom of the driveway to the underground car park, marked with signs. To get out of the car park after you have parked your car, please use the door located in between the two gates that leads down in the car park. NOTE: The gate to the parking area is closed, but will open automatically when you drive towards it.

thank you for the good experience, Julie did our reservation, she was very friendly and we got a big car which was good because we had a 30 min drive outside town. The return was a self return and it all worked well except for a wrong entry that was resolved because the scratch was already there. Thank you copenhagen Team. we will use them again when we are back.

It was a rainy day so I book a car at the last minute via the website. Unlimited mileage. The friendly staff at counter has my bookings within an the hour. Drop off after hours is easy. Drive to carpark underground. Park at any of the lots marked - return reserve and drop key in nearby box. Took a few minutes to find my way out though.
