My husband and I arrived at the counter and were met by a young lady named Laurla (I think that is how it was spelled). Laurla (Italian is I think her first language) spoke wonderful English and went over the rental contract carefully and then walked us to our car. We needed some help getting used to the silent start-up but overall the experience with staff, the vehicle was excellent. We would recommend your company to anyone who is travelling to Copenhagen.
